Will Agua Design host my website?
No. Agua Design will lay out and design your site for you. If interested, we may help you secure hosting for your site to help ease the burden placed upon your business. All clients are responsible for paying hosting and domain registration fees.
How will I know what companies can host my site?
Agua Design will provide each client with a list of potential businesses that offer hosting services. We'll explain each option to you, including benefits and drawbacks. Agua Design can secure hosting for your site for an additional fee to make the entire process easier on your business.
What is a domain and how do I get one?
A domain is the web address at which your new site will live. Much like hosting, Agua staff will provide each client with a list of potential businesses that offer domain registration services. We'll explain each choice to you, including benefits and drawbacks. Agua Design can register your domain for an additional fee.
I know I want a website. How do I get started?
Download our Initial Consultation Form and answer as many questions as possible. When finished, contact Agua Design to set up your free consultation.
How can I submit my site to search engines?
Submitting your site to one of the various search engines is just the start of what a business can do to market its site. Agua Design can submit your site to search engines for a small fee. Our staff will discuss the process with you to ensure the right search words are being submitted to garner the most traffic.
Our business is extremely small- can we afford to have a website?
You sure can! No matter what size your business is, Agua Design can build a website to suit your needs and fit into your budget. Check out our Prices page for pricing guidelines or contact us for a customized quote.
I don't have a digital camera but would like pictures of our business's products and staff on our website.
Not a problem. Agua Design staff members are capable of photographing your staff, products, events, etc. in the Western New York region for an additional fee.
How can I put new information up on my business's website?
Agua Design will be happy to update your business's website for you. Most simple updates can be accomplished relatively quickly. Some updates may require more time. See our Prices page for maintenance/update costs.
Do you have a referral program?
Customer referrals are the most meaningful way to grow our business. If you refer someone, make sure that person lets us know that you referred them to Agua Design. For each referral who contracts services with Agua Design, you will receive one hour of maintenance/updates to your business's site for free.
